Refund & Replacement Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Because every book we create is custom-made and uniquely personalized, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Replacements and Store Credit

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we'll gladly send a replacement or offer store credit:

  • The book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • There is a printing error caused by us.
  • The book received is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong personalization, title, or image).

Request Process

To request a replacement or store credit, please contact us at support@ilurra.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this window may not be approved.

*Keep in mind, if you email us outside of business hours, we will not respond until the next business day.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the book and/or packaging if applicable.

Important: We review each case individually to ensure a fair resolution.

If approved, we'll process your replacement or issue store credit as quickly as possible.

Customer Input Errors

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors (including typos, incorrect names, or low-quality photo uploads) made by the customer during the ordering process.
